Georgian Super Greens – RAW, PALEO

Georgian Super Greens Vegan Spread

  • GLUTENULL Georgian Super Greens
  • 3 medium Japanese eggplants
  • organic olive oil
  • sea salt & black pepper, to taste
  • pomegranate seeds (optional)


Preheat oven to 350 F

Slice eggplant lengthwise (5mm thickness).  Brush eggplant with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

Arrange eggplant on a baking sheet.  Bake in oven for 10 minutes, flip over, and bake on the other side for an additional 10 minutes.

When eggplants are baked and tender, spread Georgian Super Greens in the middle and roll up.  Garnish with pomegranate seeds.  Enjoy!

Traditional Eggplant Rolls

Super Green Beans


  • 1 lb green beans (trimmed and cut into 5cm pieces)
  • GLUTENULL Georgian Super Greens


In a medium sized pot, bring water to a boil.  Add in green beans and boil until they are bright green and crisp tender.  (approximately 7 minutes).

Drain green beans and mix together with a container of Georgian Super Greens in a bowl.

Tasty as a side dish or a spread on our gluten free breads!
